Just made up a recipe (with quite a few alterations) for Chard and Chickpeas. I found the recipe on the Fat Free Vegan blog. One major problem with the original recipe was the use of mushrooms, um don't think so. Instead, I had carrots and a cabbage, so I added them. This dinner was tasty and very quick and easy to prepare. All these ingredients are available at the Austin Farmers Market, so it is a great way to buy and eat local.
